BCCA HIC Forms and Rules

Herding Instinct Test Forms are at the bottom of the index on the right.

Please read everything carefully and contact the Herding Chair if you have questions or need further instructions. The special value of the new HIC Test Form is that your Herding Committee will now be able to do a statistical analysis of the progress in the breed as to its herding abilities over time.

If you are planning to attend either an AHBA or AKC Herding Instinct Test, please download the information sheets and the new form for the Judge's use. You should inform the Sponsor of your intent to use the new form in addition to the form used by those organizations. The BCCA Form should be done in at least duplicate as you should keep the copy and either you or the Sponsor send in the original to the Herding Committee Statistician as found on the BCCA HIC Sponsor’s Check List found on the "Sponsor Return Form" as linked to the right, along with all other required items.
