- Responsible for Content and Corrections
- Reviews Submissions of articles, photos, etc. and makes required editorial corrections.
- Solicites new content.
The Web editor constantly reviews the content of the website for errors, and checks for required updates and old data that needs to be removed. The Web editor is also responsible for finding new content, and reviewing all content submitted to the website other than standard monthly committee updates. Submissions should be as free of errors as possible, however the web editor reviews articles and makes required content and editorial changes before content is to be uploaded.
The Web Editor acts as an interface to the webmaster to insure the website is interesting, current and free of content errors. Submit your suggestions, content and comments about the BCCA website to the Web Editor.

- Receives and uploads standard monthly updates from various committees.
The Webmaster uploads content and makes changes as submitted through the Web Editor and normal monthly committee updates. The webmaster also insures the website is functioning properly
Note to contributors (committees, officers, etc) - by policy Web updates are due by (before) the first weekend of each month and will be uploaded by second weekend. Those items requiring editor corrections should be submitted to the editor in advance to meet this deadline. Late submissions may not be uploaded until the next monthly update or as the webmaster can schedule time. |
